PSAC Drilling Outlook

Roger Soucy President of PSAC (Petroleum Services Association of Canada) reveals some promising drilling numbers for the near future, and the main factor for optimism in the industry. According to Soucy, drilling companies should now have extra incentives to get out into the field. However, as things pick up in the patch, drilling companies face a new challenge.
