Budget Reaction

Reaction to the recently released federal budget. Frank Atkins, Associate Professor of Economics at the University of Calgary, analyzes the budget and outlines economic strategies that should be employed, given the uncertain times due to the US economy. Brett Gartner, Senior Economist for the Canada West Foundation says the fairly conservative budget did contain one surprise.
