Drilling Down

The number of wells being drilled in the first quarter is down even more than the forecasted drop, according to Don Herring, President of CAODC. The natural gas sector seems to be the main reason for the decline. Roger Soucey, President of PSAC,also says drilling is down, but anticipates higher oil and natural gas prices in the near future.
