Forecast Not Good for Alberta

Roger Soucy, PSAC President, forecasts that Alberta's shallow gas regions will be among the hardest hit in this dramatic downward trend of ratios to oil and gas wells. With thousands of layoffs already incurred and more to come, Soucy suggests that companies will start looking elsewhere.
