Royalty News Better For Rest of Canada

Gary Leach, Executive Director of SEPAC voices his thoughts about the Royalty Review and its effects on Alberta's junior oil and gas companies. He is concerned that the Royalty Review may make it very difficult for junior companies to stay afloat under the new regime, forcing many of them to look outside of the province for income.
