FPSO Concept Holding Water

Petrobras President Alberto Guimaraes is optimistic about the future of his project the FPSO. The floating production storage and offloading is a vehicle designed to make transportation of oil from the Gulf of Mexico a more feasible idea for smaller operations there. Petrobras' portable unit is also designed with hurricanes in mind making natures impact less of a factor in the equation.
